TRUFFLE HONEY MASHED POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

 

1 Kg potatoes

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup of milk

30g butter at room temperature

1 pinch grated nutmeg

1 teaspoon MANUKA ROYALE Manuka Honey

 

 PREPARATION

  1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water until JUST fork-tender
  2. While the potatoes are boiling, warm up a cup of milk (not boiling)
  3. Drain potatoes and mashthem with a potato masher until smooth
  4. Add the warm milk, the butter, the nutmeg and a teaspoon of MANUKA ROYALE Truffle Honey to the potatoes and beat untill smooth.
