RICOTTA AND TRUFFLE HONEY TOAST

Ingredients

1 slice good quality sourdough

2 tablespoons fresh ricotta cheese

1 teaspoon Manuka Royale Truffle Honey

Pinch of fresh thyme leaves

Pinch flaky sea salt

Method

Toast the sourdough and spread liberally with ricotta cheese. Drizzle over a teaspoon of Manuka Royale Truffle Honey. Pick a few fresh thyme leaves and sprinkle them over the toast along with a pinch of flakey sea salt.
